The Buffalo River Bunkhouse has two queen beds, 3 double beds and a hide-a-bed to sleep 12 people (if they sleep two to a bed). This large room houses 4 beds in a "dormitory" arrangement, and a kitchenette with full size range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot and toaster. The remaining bed and bathroom with shower is in an adjoining room. Other niceties are a 27" TV with satellite, upholstered chairs and couches. Enter the Bunkhouse by walking through a 40' x 20' covered patio area equipped with gas grill, picnic tables and lounge chairs. This covered verandah overlooks the Little Buffalo River and provides a comfortable place to grill, picnic, and lounge while protected from the elements of weather.
Both units feature clean, comfortable beds - most have plump new mattresses - all made up with quality linens and topped off with handmade quilts. The towels are plush and thirsty. The kitchens are supplied with dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Photographs of our family ancestors evoke retrospection of simpler times, and pictures of locals attractions promote an appreciation of the unique beauty of this area. Our rental units are decorated with family heirlooms. Retired farm implements, passed on to us from our parents and grandparents, now provide personality and ambiance for your visit.

Summer Rates:
Each Unit ... $80.00 per night for 2 people
3rd and 4th person is an additional $10 per person/per night

Each additional person is $10 per person/per nightThere is a $50.00 cleaning deposit, refundable when dishes are washed and put away, sheets are removed from the beds, used towels are gathered in a basket and all recyclable items and trash are stashed in designated bins. A list will be posted and deposit will be refunded pending inventory by housekeeper.
Ask about availability/rates for singles and couples. First 3 children 12 and under stay free. 50% deposit required to hold reservation. 2 night stay required on weekends, 3 nights required on holidays. 21 day cancellation policy. Pets with prior approval. $10.00 per pet per night with a $50 refundable deposit. Checkout time 11 am. Check in time 2 pm. Check in may be earlier pending availability. Facilities are smoke-free. Cigarette receptacles are provided on covered porch.
The Bungalow provides two queen beds with satellite TV and upholstered chairs in a room overlooking a pastoral scene. A double bed furnishes a 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is complete with a full-size range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom features a shower in tub. Wicker furniture on the front porch is provided for your comfort and a grill is available.

Leave Scenic Highway 7 at the bridge in Jasper and travel East on Highway 74 one mile on paved blacktop highway where you'll see our
Buffalo River Bunkhouse sign. We're located on Arkansas State Highway 74 and you won't need to drive over rough, dusty roads to check in.
If you're looking for group accommodations, reserve both units to comfortably sleep up to 18 people.
